At Renata Rubio 92.5, we proudly stand behind the craftsmanship of our handmade sterling silver jewelry. Every piece is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

What Our Warranty Covers:

  • Defects in materials or craftsmanship that affect normal wear.
  • Free replacement for defective items.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, tarnishing, or discoloration.
  • Accidental damage or improper care.
  • Damage caused by chemical liquid cleaners (we strongly advise against using them).

If you experience an issue with your jewelry, contact us at laura@renatarubio.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll provide a return authorization number (RA#) and a prepaid shipping label for warranty claims within the U.S.


Caring for Your Jewelry

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your sterling silver jewelry, follow these care tips:

  • Avoid Chemical Cleaners – Liquid silver cleaners can cause permanent damage. Instead, use a soft polishing cloth (included with every purchase).
  • Remove Jewelry Before – Swimming, showering, working out, or applying hair and skin products.
  • Proper Storage – Keep jewelry in the velvet pouch or jewelry box provided to minimize tarnishing.

Returns & Exchanges – 30-Day Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return & Exchange Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all packaging.
  • Sale items are final and non-returnable.
  • Custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

  1. Email laura@renatarubio.com with your order number and request a Return Authorization (RA#).
  2. Once approved, ship your item via a traceable carrier in a padded envelope or box.
  3. Upon receiving the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

📌 All return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged items.


Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange your purchase for a different size, length, or style.

  • If the new item costs more, the price difference will be charged.
  • If the new item costs less, a store credit will be issued.
  • The same RA# request process applies to exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will replace the item and cover all shipping costs related to the return.


Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping within the Continental United States.
  • Free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii on orders over $200.
  • Free international shipping on orders over $300.

For backorders, please allow 4-6 weeks for handcrafted items to arrive from Taxco, Mexico. If you need an item urgently, contact us at laura@renatarubio.com for availability.
