Return and Exchange Policy

At Renata Rubio 92.5, we strive to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

Important:
All jewelry purchased from RenataRubio.com must be returned directly to RenataRubio.com, and not any retail store. We are unable to accept returns for items bought in retail stores or on other websites. Please refer to their respective return policies for more details.

Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Items must be unworn and in new, original condition. All sale items are final sale and non-returnable.
If you received an item as a gift, it may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value.

Return Process

To return an item, you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Please send your email receipt (received after purchase) to laura@renatarubio.com to request your RA number.

Once you have received your RA Number, please write it clearly on the outside of the package and send your return to:

Return Shipping

Please note, all costs related to return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, we recommend using a traceable carrier and ensuring the items are shipped in a well-padded box or envelope. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred piece.
