How to Start a Return or Exchange

Once approved, ship your item via a traceable carrier in a padded envelope or box.

Upon receiving the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
📌 All return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
Exchange Policy
We are happy to exchange your purchase for a different size, length, or style.

If the new item costs more, the price difference will be charged.

If the new item costs less, a store credit will be issued.

The same RA# request process applies to exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will replace the item and cover all shipping costs related to the return.
Jewelry Purchased from Other Stores or Websites
We do not accept returns or exchanges for jewelry purchased from other websites or retail stores. Those items must be returned directly to the original seller and are subject to their return policies.
