Concave Tapered Silver Pounded Hoops

When life gives you lemons, you wear your best hoop earrings.  These hoops are the timeless staple in any jewelry collection.  They start out as a flat and tapered strand of sterling silver that is hand pounded.  Very carefully the sterling silver is shaped in two directions: one to give it a concave curve along its whole length,  then curved inward to make the hoop.  The final step is to solder a post and give it a highly polished finish.  And voila!  What you have is a pair of hoops that are bold, yet simple, measuring 1.6" in circumference.
