Mosaic Oxidized Silver Ring – Handcrafted Lost Wax Process

Another wax cast masterpiece, our mosaic oxidized silver ring features multiple sterling silver clusters scattered across an oxidized background. The ring’s top and sides are finished with a high shine, creating a striking black-and-white contrast. The oval design measures 1.1" tall by 0.9" wide, with the wide mosaic tapering to a thinner back for a comfortable fit.

Created using the lost wax process (cire-perdue), this ring is more than just jewelry—it's a wearable sculpture. The lost wax method requires superb skill and patience to make an individual mold for each ring. Once the wax mold is hand-crafted, molten sterling silver is poured into it, and after the mold is destroyed, a unique sterling silver sculpture is left behind.

The lost-wax method, dating back to the 3rd millennium BC, remains largely unchanged and is revered for its precision and craftsmanship.

Expect your mosaic oxidized silver ring to arrive in a jewelry box, along with a polishing cloth. All our sterling silver jewelry is handmade to last a lifetime and ships worldwide, free of charge.
